These are my musical impressions of the Constellations, a series of paintings by Joan Miro. Miro painted his twenty-three Constellations between January 1940 and September 1941. In 1993 I traveled to New York City to see the special Miro exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art and saw the Constellations first hand.
